Right now, we ship across Canada and the USA, but if you’re somewhere else, please reach out to us at [email protected] to let us know where we should go next. 

Generally your order will leave our facility within a couple of days. Shipping times vary by carrier and location typically between 3-5 business days in Canada and 5-9 business days in the United States.

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but on occasion customs clearance can take 1 to 30 days depending on factors outside of our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact amount of time it will take. Should your order be taking longer than expected, please check your email for the shipping confirmation and tracking number and first contact the shipping carrier if there are issues.
