Everything you need to know about shipping timelines and how to request rush delivery.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your total delivery time has two parts:

  • Fulfillment: Typically ~1 business day. Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET may be fulfilled the same day during non-peak times, we'll always do our best! Once fulfilled, the order is handed off to the carrier.
  • Transit: Delivery time starts once the carrier has picked it up (typically the next business day after fulfillment). Standard delivery timeline is 2–8 business days in Canada.

So if you need something fast, keep both parts in mind when estimating your delivery date.

✏️ Need to make a change? You have a 1-hour window after placing your order to edit your address, make changes, or cancel. You can do this by clicking "View My Order" in your order confirmation page or email, visiting your orders in your account profile, or skipping straight to fulfillment from your order confirmation page if you're all set!

💛 Got a subscription order? Those are automatically sent with free standard shipping. If you'd like to upgrade, just drop us a message at [email protected] right after placing your order and we'll do our best to help!

Can I get rush or expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping isn't available at checkout, but rush delivery may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please email us at [email protected] before or right after placing your order. Share your required date and we'll review whether we can accommodate it — the sooner you reach out, the better!

Standard fulfillment time still applies (~1 business day), but we'll do our best to prioritize your order.

I just placed an order — can I get it shipped faster?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to our team and we'll try to prioritize and rush fulfillment where possible. Each request is handled manually, so please contact us as soon as you can and share your required delivery date.

Please note: we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as transit timelines depend on when the carrier picks up your package.

My order has already shipped — can I speed it up?

Unfortunately, once an order has been handed to the carrier, we're no longer able to modify the shipping method or speed up delivery. You can track your package using the tracking information sent to your email.
