Before you place an order
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your total delivery time has two parts:
- Fulfillment: ~1 business day to pick, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier.
- Transit: Delivery time starts once the carrier has picked it up (typically the next business day after fulfillment). Standard delivery timeline is 2–8 business days.
So if you need something fast, keep both parts in mind when estimating your delivery date.

Can I get rush or expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping isn't available at checkout, but rush delivery may be possible on a case-by-case basis via FedEx.
If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please email us at [email protected] before or right after placing your order. Share your required date and we'll review whether we can accommodate it — the sooner you reach out, the better!
Standard fulfillment time still applies (~1 business day), but we'll do our best to prioritize your order.

After you've placed an order
I just placed an order — can I get it shipped faster?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to our team and we'll try to prioritize and rush fulfillment where possible. Each request is handled manually, so please contact us as soon as you can and share your required delivery date.
Please note: we cannot guarantee faster delivery, as transit timelines depend on when the carrier picks up your package.
My order has already shipped — can I speed it up?
Unfortunately, once an order has been handed to the carrier, we're no longer able to modify the shipping method or speed up delivery. You can track your package using the tracking information sent to your email.
