When should I start taking my prenatal and how long should I take it for?Updated 9 months ago

We recommend starting your prenatal supplements three months before you start trying to conceive, to get your eggs/sperm/body ready for conception.

Once you are pregnant, our doctors recommend adding on the calcium/magnesium booster in your second trimester and continuing it postpartum.

While every body is different, and we recommend checking in with your doctor, our Postpartum vitamins are safe to take for as long as you'd like (we think they also make a great multivitamin!).
