If you find an item missing from your package, it may be due to one of our products being on pre-order or awaiting stock replenishment. To accommodate our customers and ensure quicker delivery of available items, we often ship orders partially. This allows us to send items that are currently in stock immediately, rather than holding the entire order until all items become available.
For items on pre-order or those that are out of stock at the time of purchase, we will ship them as soon as they are back in stock. You will receive email updates regarding the status of these items, including a confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
