How long should I take the Postpartum for?Updated 9 months ago

While doctors typically refer to the most critical Postpartum time as the "fourth trimester", so, three months, your body is recovering for a lot longer than that.

We recommend taking the Postpartum for at least a full year post birth, especially if you are nursing, to make sure your body is getting all the critical nutrients it needs to heal (and give you the energy you desperately need).
