How can I change my next order date?Updated 8 months ago

We’re all about making things more convenient for you. You are in control of changing the frequency and next order date for your subscription.

Your can now change your next order date if you prefer different timing. It only takes a minute!

1. Sign in to your account on birdandbe.com
2. Select Manage Subscriptions
3. Choose "Reschedule"
4. Choose to delay for 1 week, 2 weeks or choose your own specific date
5. Press Save Changes
6. That's it!

Your next order will now be processed on that new date and will push out all the other dates going forward.
