Canada Post Strike - November 2024Updated 4 days ago
To ensure your orders reach you as smoothly as possible, we’ve moved most shipments to FedEx. However, for some rural areas that FedEx cannot service, orders will still be shipped via Canada Post. Unfortunately, this means there may be service interruptions and delays in those areas.
Wondering if your area is affected?
Have you received a package shipped directly via Fedex before or received a Fedex door tag? That means you can receive packages from Fedex. You can check if your postal code is in a region serviced by Canada Post here (note that this list is not 100% accurate as Fedex does service some regions within those postal codes).
Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please provide an alternative address for delivery.
What can you do to avoid interruptions?
To help us get your orders to you on time, you can move your subscription date up to process sooner. This ensures your order ships out before any potential delays.
How to update your subscription date:
- Sign in to your account
- Select Manage Subscriptions
- Choose "Reschedule"
- Choose a specific date or select 'Send Now' if you'd like your order immediately.
- Press Save Changes
- That's it!
