Can I switch subscription products?Updated 2 days ago

Sure thing! Just log in to your account at birdandbe.com using your email. Instead of having to remember a password, a one-time, 6 digit code will be sent to your email for each login session. 

Once you are logged in, you'll see a summary of your order history. To change subscription products, do the following:

1. Click Subscription, on the top menu bar
2. Select Subscription on the right menu bar 
3. Select the subscription you would like to make changes to
4. Scroll to the bottom and select "Swap this for a different product"
5. Search or scroll for the product you would like and select 
6. Confirm by clicking "Swap"
