I already track my basal body temperature (BBT). Does this replace it?Updated 2 hours ago
They work well together, but they tell you different things. A rise in your BBT shows that ovulation already happened. It's great for confirming you ovulated, but too late for timing sex or insemination. Ovulation tests predict when ovulation is about to happen, which is the window that matters most when you're trying to get pregnant.
