You'll find full directions in the kit, but here's a quick overview:

1. Download the app and connect the testing device to WiFi by following the on-screen instructions.

2. Lay out everything from the box on a clean surface.

3. Collect your sample in the cup provided.

4. Add the liquefaction powder to your sample.

5. Wait 10 minutes, then mix your sample. It should now be runny.

6. Use the pipette to drop your sample onto the slide.

7. Insert the slide into the device. It records a video of your sperm and sends it to the app. Your results appear in about 2 minutes.
