You can check the status of your return or refund at any time by visiting our returns portal. Once you're there, you'll be able to see real-time updates on every stage of your return, including:

• When we've received your package
• When our Quality Assurance team has inspected it
• When your refund or exchange has been processed

How long does a refund take?

Once our team has received and inspected your return, refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What if I chose an exchange?

You can track your exchange status through the returns portal as well. If you selected the Instant Exchange option, your new product will ship right away without waiting for your original item to be returned — so keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping confirmation!
