Here’s how to use your store credit if:

You want to make a one-time purchase

1. Log in to your account portal.

2. Click on “Wallet” in the top navigation.

3. Find your redemption code (which is different than your referral code shared with friends). 

4. Copy your code.

5. Paste your code into the discount and gift card field at checkout and click apply.

6. Your wallet balance will be deducted from your order total.

7. Check out as usual.

You want to apply the store credit to your next subscription order:

1. Log in to your account portal.

2. Click on “Wallet” in the top navigation.

3. Under “Apply balance on next order,” click the toggle next to the subscription you’d like to use your store credit towards.

4. The store credit will be applied to your next subscription order.

Note: Every time you want to apply your wallet balance to your next subscription, you’ll need to repeat the steps above. (We’ll never auto-apply your balance—you get to decide when you spend your store credit.)
