Take your postnatal once daily, whenever works best for your schedule. We recommend taking it after a meal to avoid any queasiness for sensitive stomachs, and at least 3 hours before or after any medication (to avoid absorption issues for both). You can take the pills all at once, or spread them out throughout the day if preferred.
