Bird&Be's Giving Tuesday promotion applies as follows:

Promotion Period:
This promotion applies to qualifying purchases made on December 2, 2025, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Donation Commitment:
Bird&Be will donate 5% of net online sales from qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period to the following organizations:

• Resolve: The National Infertility Association for orders placed and shipped within the United States.

• Fertility Friends Foundation for orders placed and shipped within Canada.

Qualifying Purchases:

Includes one-time purchases and new subscription purchases made during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility:

• Only purchases made through Bird&Be’s official online store during the Promotion Period qualify.

• Wholesale, bulk, and corporate orders are excluded.

This promotion excludes subscription renewals, regardless of billing date. Bird&Be reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time if circumstances arise that are outside its control or if necessary to comply with applicable laws.
