Not on its own. This test screens your FSH levels for signs of diminished ovarian reserve. It's designed to give you information sooner, at home, so you can check in with a doctor earlier and plan for your future. It's a screening tool, not a diagnosis. It can't tell you whether you're fertile, whether you can get pregnant, or what your egg quality is, and FSH isn't the only marker of ovarian reserve.
