How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally your order will leave our facility within a couple of days. Shipping times vary by carrier and location typically between 3-7 business days in Canada and 5-9 business days in the United States.

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but on occasion the shipping carriers still experience COVID-related delays and in some circumstances customs clearance can take 1 to 30 days depending on factors outside of our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact amount of time it will take. Should your order be taking longer than expected, please check your email for the shipping confirmation and tracking number and first contact the shipping carrier if there are issues.
